Strategically located along Montréal’s most significant infrastructure improvement projects in decades, as well as the Saint Lawrence River, the Notre-Dame Site offers unparalleled access to the Port of Montréal for major logistics, distribution and industrial end-users. In addition, a Canadian National Railway line runs through the Site. This combination of size, scale and location provides the opportunity to develop one of the largest commercial/industrial brownfield redevelopment projects in Montréal.
The Property is bordered by Rue Sherbrooke Est to the north and Rue Notre-Dame Est to the south. The Site is proximate to the Saint Lawrence River and has excellent accessibility to the Port of Montréal and the Canadian National Railway. The Notre-Dame Property has direct access to major transportation corridors (Highway 40 and Highway 25). The Property is well-buffered from incompatible land uses, including no high-pressure gas lines or residential uses proximate to the Property.
